Esgenix has received ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, the international gold standard for information security management. The certification was granted after a full independent audit and covers the agentic patent workflow platform and the handling of invention and client data.
Patent work is among the most sensitive information a firm handles. Certification means our security controls are not just claims: they are independently verified and continuously audited.

How we protect invention data
No model training on customer data
Your invention disclosures, prompts, drafts, and generated claims are never used to train any AI model.
Local-only storage option
All work can be stored in an encrypted Data Vault (.esg file) on your own machine using AES-GCM encryption. Nothing is persisted server-side unless you explicitly enable cloud storage.
Encrypted cloud storage (optional)
Optional cloud storage adds cross-device access with server-side encryption. Disabling it deletes all stored data.
Explainable audit trails
Every draft carries redline audit trails so reviewers can see exactly how content evolved and who changed what.
Compliance roadmap
Esgenix holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification today. SOC 2 Type II certification is in progress and will further extend our independently verified controls.
