Leo Paul Johnson

Patent attorney and IP leader with about 15 years in patent drafting, prosecution, and IP strategy. He served as IP Counsel at Siemens for six years, managing the IP portfolio of a 1,500-member team and overseeing patent protection across technology domains.

He is co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Esgenix. He leads product vision and uses his practitioner experience to shape AI tools around how patent professionals actually work.

He is a registered Indian Patent Agent and Trademark Agent. He holds an MSc in Intellectual Property Management from Queen Mary University of London and a B.Tech from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.
