IP leader with more than 25 years building and scaling businesses, with a focus on intellectual property. He founded and led the boutique IP consulting firm IP Astra, grew the practice, and completed a strategic exit through a merger with LexOrbis. He was a director and shareholder at Biotree, a bioprocess equipment manufacturer, and took part in the M&A that led to its acquisition by Zeta GmbH.

He is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Esgenix, the agentic AI patent workflow platform for prior-art search, invention disclosure, patent drafting, landscape search, freedom-to-operate search, and invalidity search.

He has written papers and articles on patents, sustainable innovation, and technology. He completed the EPGBM program at IIM Calcutta and holds master's and bachelor's degrees in engineering.
